Do you have trouble retaining customers over the long-term?

Do you spend more time than you would like resolving customer service issues?

Never forget that the sale does not end with the payment – in a sense, it is just the beginning. It is widely acknowledged that it is 5-7 times more costly to acquire a new customer than to maintain a relationship with a current customer. Armed with that knowledge, I hope you never look at your current customers the same.
