Since your website is often a client/customers’ first impression, think about what impression your website makes.

  • On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 = Amateuristic and 10 = Professional), how would you describe your website?
  • What do you want your website to accomplish for your business?

What is the perception of your company by others as . If your site is amateuristic, has misspellings, and has no clear theme, then you risk public perception that your company is equally misguided and directionless.
